We need to do something to make him change his mind or at least soften his stand. It should not be anything sarcastic. I think flower campaign will have element of being sarcastic or even being critical.

My wife finally got her EAD card.. Hooray!
But: It has MY photo on it instead of hers!! All other information on the card is correct.
I called USCIS and the received wisdom is that I need to send in another I-765 (with no fees as it is obviously their mistake) and include the current EAD card.
Is this the only option? We cannot wait for another 3-6 months while the application is lost in the pile (again).. I asked the USCIS representative if the local office can help, but she wasn't sure either way..
I was wondering if anyone has had a similar experience and if taking an Info Pass appointment helped in getting a corrected card faster.

sent RFE asking that Client letter on the original letter head.
which I couldnt get, but sent the vendor letter stating my duties and date from which started working etc even the copy of the client badge with photo on it is attached in reply to RFE.
But Its denied thats is not enough to prove that you are working at that client place and location. and it seems the employer i.e my h1 company is just token employer.
but I know the clock started from 31st march am in out of status.
will i able wipe out out of status as it effect in future ?
does MTR works or do I need to the appeal ?
What are chances of my transfer ?

This is a complex issue. That one point may have been the reason S-1932 did not go thru. It gives an impression as if 1/2 million employment based G.C's will be dumped into the market, but in reality the USCIS is able to process around 200k G.C's per year.
The current provisions in the CIRB target several areas and likely to keep the dates current for EB-1,2,3 current for a couple of years.
Our consultants have advised us well in this regard, if they have done so.

Hello,
You have no idea how I am desperate and will appreciate your help.
I basically get a 0 1 visa to work for a first employer. Then I get another job offer and leaved the first employer who revoked my initial visa.
The new employer was supposed to apply for a new visa for me but he never did it. He get debts problems and laid off half of the company including me.
My only visa has really been revoked so I really overstayed 7 months.
Today I got another job offer with a new sponsorship so I saw several attorneys and some of them said nothing was possible to do and some said it was maybe possible to fix the overstay.
Today I have to take a decision, go thought this new job offer and take the risk to never get the visa and then the job - or forget about it, leave the US right now and think about the USA in 3 years.
Please help me - what do you think I should do? Is it really impossible to get an overstay waiver with a new petitioner?

As you overstayed more than 180 days...you might be barred entering the US for 3-10 years. But there is no other option for you..

Do you mean EB based AOS alone is 655K? 1.3 million is I-130 petition which is different from AOS.

You work for comp A which has contract with Comp B and Comp B makes you work for Comp C.
You need contract between Comp B and Comp C as well.
Search for Employer Employee memo, which was issued in Jan 2010 y USICS, that should clear the picture for you.
Note: I am not a professional, these comments are FYI only, pls seek professional advice for details.

Take the offer on EAD as you are now legally eligible to do.
In the unlikely event that something happens to your 485, you could then approach the program and ask them to do a H1 visa for you, otherwise you would have to leave the program. They would likely not risk losing GME funding.
Nowadays getting a good fellowship has gotten rather difficult, I'd consider taking the small risk involved.
Consult a good attorney to get their professional advise.

I am not sure this will count as an illegal behavior. Of course, I am not a lawyer. But companies typically ask for relocation reimburesement and lawyer expenses, etc. to be paid back pro-rated, in case the employee leaves within a year or so.
Again, this is not really asking for money for labor, but just making sure that the company gets their expenses back in case employee leaves within an year.
Btw, I do not have any such agreement with my company. But I think this is standard. Unfair, maybe. Illegal? I dont know....

First and foremost we are a nation of laws, or as we are all anticipated? But years of previous administrations have neglected the illegal immigrant problem, to the detriment of American workers. Ever since the inception of the 1986 Immigration & Reform Act, signed into law by Ronald Reagan, the politicians have pushed for a new AMNESTY. In addition, anytime a new law has been drafted to combat the illegal immigrant occupation of our country, they have behind closed doors killed it or weakened it's enactment. The law of given instant citizenship to babies intentionally born here, is a complete misinterpretation of the 14th amendment, after the civil war that emancipated African slaves.

The law has been badly mauled because the children can then draw on US education, free medical care, free baby delivery and after care, low income housing and it is a route to many government handouts. The major problem now facing the Obama White House is are the children of illegal immigrants to blame for their parents breaking the law? Obviously the left-wingers are to blame for this conundrum, but both parties have added to neglect to the sovereign laws of our nation. I think we should follow other countries "Rule of Law" and cement in place that children who have proven themselves can go to a place of higher learning. We desperately need a wide scope of professionals in Engineering, Science and 21st Century technology. But also remember that our government settles the largest population of new immigrants on Earth. Is there any other country in the world, that makes illegally crossing into their sovereign territory a Civil Crime--I really don't think so? Our laws deliberately drafted this way in favor of the open border, big Catholic church and special interest groups. To HXXX with the American people, who are forced to fight for their jobs?
But if American defeat the next Amnesty ready to pounce on the unsuspecting legal population, we must make an example in using the 1986 law. We as a people must build-on the E-Verify application, upgrade, modify to extract illegal job applicants from the workplace.
