Now just see the pattern, the moment we start talking about donation and volunteering .. the guys sitting on the sidelines distracting and demotivating , stopped being part of the conversation. Everyone says I am rude, not I am not I just show the mirror as it is.. what can I do if you see the ugly face in it.
How good the group can be , which is actually missing when you need the count.

We are praying for you. Do not loose hope. God has taken you this far and nothing is impossible for HIM.
I have known quite a few people who have been cancer survivors, some have gone through treatment and in some cases without treatment, it just went away. Like I said, don't loose hope. Try out the options that a lot of the folks have suggested on this forum and continue praying.

to create forum like this and get people who complains about India and slowly work on fixing it one by one. Hope our kids get to enjoy without (or with very less) complaints.
PS: If I want to fix anything, 1st I would work on fixing the education system. My kids will start screaming (bcs of bad experience they had) the moment I say "You will be moved to India school shortly".
I am from Hyderabad, l left that city in 1999 to do my MS, got my MS, switched a couple of jobs as i thought career growth / job satisfaction was more important than filing a GC, finally my present company filed my GC in 2009 (PD 2009), I am fed up of this laborious process, not everyone can take it, and I am one of them, and as I get older, I am getting more conservative and I find it difficult to adjust here. I am visiting India this year, if everything works out, I will be heading back, even with all the complaints about India, it still is my country of birth, and there is a saying, "Janani Janma bhoomishya swargadapi gariyasi", translated, Mother and motherland are superior to the Heaven.

I was confident on this before, you have just made me super confident.
I have been saying all along that one can get a same/similar job after 180 days irrespective of the whether I-140 was approved or not. I don't know why some people / lawyers spread so much mis-information on this topic.

USCIS has invented a very nice random number generator. They use it for every purpose
1. To declare visa bulletin (canbe any day of the month)
2. To decalare processing times (can be again any day of the month)
3. Processing times themselves (can be anything)
4. Processing order (can be anything)
5. Answers from customer service (one can say "Your case will be processed in 60 days", other will way "we do not know anything more then website")
6. Answers from Service Requests
7. Answers from Infopass appointments
8. Unpredictability in transfers (eg. mine was transferred from NSC->TSC->CSC ..nice roaming)
9. ..the list goes on and on (feel free to add please, I think there is no limit).

hey guys,
I was scared to take a trip to my country thinking that I would get my FP notice while I am away..but am back from my vacation and still no sign of FP.
I called the center..and the IO told me that they are within their processing times and they have upto 111 days to send me the FP notice?!!!
I had opened an SR on 3rd Oct...but of absolutely no use! I also got a letter from them stating that they are within their processing times.
any idea how to solve this mess?

GC Status:
I am seeing that reedandbamboo is considering for EB2 only. We have to include EB3 too for law-suit. I beleive that we will have more than 1000 people if we inlcude all categories.
I will give 200$( 100$ for me and 100 $ for my wife)
Ofcourse all categories are included...EB2/EB3, I/C/ROW...anyone who is unhappy with USCIS random processing and retrogression of the dates is welcome to join the fight.
Whoever thinks they are in: please send ur Name, Ph# and email ID to GCSTATUS or me.
We are not collectiong money yet..just a pledge. As soon as we hit the required # of pledges, then we start the money collection. This will ensure that it is not one those efforts that starts, but gets buried due to people not participating. If we do not have enough people interested to fund a lawsuit...we don't move forward....simple !!! The helpless situation we have been put into...has to be backed by numbers.

It would be more effective if not effecient. You need not wait until the year end to issue visas, visas can be issued using a mathematical model which would allow old PD filers to get a visa ahead of others as soon as his case comes in and other criterias are fullfilled. Basically no one needs to wait for filing I485. People with old PD will get visa numbers first as soon as they enter the application.

Lud can only be checked by receipt notice. I was referring to LUD on pending or aprooved 140 Quick question...how can we check LUD wihtout receipt notices...is there any way? please suggest.
